This section is all about learning what is truly healthy, and how to make small changes to get your health in order quickly.   All of these articles are based on strong scientific research but they are written in an easy to understand way.  I have taken years of nutritional study, hundreds of books and articles on Nutrition, Health, Disease and Healing and I have tried to distill this information into a simple and usable form.  This information is meant to help everyone become healthy, heal from disease and/or avoid disease in the first place.  Where applicable I have included reference books at the end of the articles, if you are interested in learning more.  You can also check out our Recommended Books Section and the Recommended DVD’s section for more detailed information on all of these subjects.
